Sept. 8/08, Aug. 29/08 & June 30/08 respectively from what I see listed. Are the next office action(s) to be final ones or can they come back with more questions?

I am inclined to think that if more questions were to come they would've asked by now. BWDIK

Perhaps emt or opty (or anyone) can tell me how long it can take for a final action to be decided upon (is there a time limit?) once they are satisfied with the responses received.
