Wondering if rather than this being a negative, whether this is an opportunity to finally push something to the injunctive releif stage. Especially if there is pending positive USPTO action on one of the patents. I suppose that's looking at things through rose colored glasses and the opposite could hold true that the plaintiffs are expecting invalidation or a dragging on of the USPTO process. Any thoughts?
