I actually read the all the posts and gave a considered reply. Three raised questions as to the Pacer, Leckrones, and MMP. The fourth was a partial reprint of the Pubpat article.
On my reading, not one of the 6 Rules was broken, in my very humble opinion.
That one might disagree with what is being posted, no matter how it is classified, FUD, for example, should not be sufficient cause for deletion unless it is in obvious breach of the 6 Rules.
The disinformation about TPL including non-MMP patents in the action was, in my humble opinion, either a mistake or pure FUD, yet no complaints were made as to those. Had this continued after the facts were provided there would be an obvious breach and I would have no hestation in deleting such posts as repetition.
