1) We have a 93% chance that the patents will be re-validated according to the Pat Choate report.

2) RG stated in the shareholder letter that PTSC was going to pursue a campaign to attract new investment in the company in the near future.

3) Except for his purchase of the stock at .38 per share, RG is making all the right moves so far. Stopped dividends, dropping Hoffman and Hawk and bringing those functions in house, pursuing investments in other ventures to bring in revenue beyond the MMP, improving communication with shareholders, hiring qualified people that know the tech, stating the dividends paid in the past should have been used to further grow the company. Our best CEO hands down IMO. This man is actually doing something.

Except for the SP I like what I see happening.

If RG leaves or is fired I will question the motives of the BOD. But for now he appears to be steering the company in the right direction. I don't care who hired him.

Who knows what pressures the remaining old guard BOD members were under from Swartz to make decisions to his benefit in the past. It would be nice if they stepped down and let more tech experienced people fill their seats but as long as the company is headed in the right direction fundamentally, which I think it is now, I for one see no problem with them staying. The past is the past it's easy to look back and second guess but IMO PTSC management now are making good solid decisions about what they can control which is growing the company outside of the MMP while TPL has done a great job so far keeping the MMP in tact and seems to be laying the foundation for strengthened Patents for more leverage in future negotiations.

The SP has declined probably more than it should have due to Swartz selling, NDA's coupled with poor communication, poor management in the past, and panic from investors without facts.

The fundamentals or foundation will soon be in place with the USPTO revalidation and we will see the SP respond in a positive direction. This is much more complicated than I originally thought and is taking some time and a toll on my investment so far that hurts and has caused some anxiety for me. But looking at the facts the statistics are hugely stacked in our favor and this is what is going to help me sleep better at this time and stay focused on what is important for my investment future.

Up until yesterday I was encouraged by the way this forum has responded it seemed the personal attacks were dropping off considerably and the forum was getting back to a great place for investors to get good investment information. I think Paul and Bill have done a great job of trying to keep the forum on topic. This is a forum with rules we must follow these guidelines to avoid chaos.

The United States is the great melting pot of races, religion and culture. We enjoy great freedoms to pursue our dreams. It is a place of laws as well to control chaos. When this country comes together it can accomplish great things but divided we are weaker. Lets recognize that this forum can also be a place where we obide by rules, treat people of different beliefs and ideas from our own with tolerance and respect. And most importantly come together as the kind of people we are, Americans who can accomplish great things together. Lets do our part to make this forum a great place to come and share different ideas and facts about PTSC related topics because when we do this we can help attract new investors to this stock as well as enrich our knowledge and make rational decisions about our investment. This forum could be great, each of us has the power to change the world lets use our power wisely and work together for a common purpose.

All the best,

Steve
