There are three ways I can think of for the share price to go up. As far as I can see all three have to happen

1) The MMP patents need to pass muster at the USPTO.

2) New investors have to be attracted

3) Mangement has to execute

Even if 1) and 2) happen unless management is competent the full potential of this company will never be realized. And there is potential in this company, huge potential especially at these prices. Once the patents are cleared at the USPTO, 200 companies at 5 or even 10 million a piece is a lot of money. Provided the right mangement is in place and the money is used correctly this company could be one with a 2 billion market cap and beyond. There are very few tech companies with millions in cash at hand.

While I think RG is a capable and professional leader I think the past has clearly shown that some members of the BOD are not as capable and professional. Only two members of the old BOD have left or been asked to leave. While I think continously questioning the BOD on a public board clearly affects 2) unless 3) happens we will never see the true potential of this company. The question is does everyone have faith that the current managment will have the shareholders interest at heart? If not there is no point in painting a rosy picture because even if the patents clear and PTSC gets 500 million in licensing revenue over the next few years if the BOD has ulterior motives the shareholders will not get their cut.
