We'd better hope we never get that far..or better yet we should hope we never HAVE to go that route. If that occurs we're talking 2-3 years to finalize it all...and you can bet there will no licensing whatsoever durinmg that time period IMO.

If our lawyers are good they'll find an answer and probably ask for a face to face within the next 60 days...if successful we'll see the fruits of that within another 30-60 days..if not we'll hear probably a lot sooner. Meanwhile I see a lot of the same goings on as the last 3mos. or so....not much...Hoya excluded of course. JMHO
