I agree, although I think our biggie will be Kajigaya.

IMO RG and lawyers have known of this for awhile and expected this non final action...thus the statement made by RG that the patents could take months and years to complete.

I thought at first that the 336 would take a long time to complete but since 336 precedes the 148 whatever happens there will effect 336 almost immediately IMO.

IMO we're in for a long haul on both.
