While in theory, the challenge to the Directors to buy stock seems like a great idea, but I believe it may have the opposite effect if not acted upon and I highly doubt that they will. Yes, I would hope so but I am not counting on it by a long shot.

If the BoD members do not step up and now buy stock in response to the challenge, then, imo, the public's perception of management's lack of confidence in the company will, in effect, increase.
