MSFT - They believe in their company and they own a lot of shares to prove it.

PTSC - I have more money invested in PTSC than the letter is asking the BoD to spend from their pockets....and the sad thing is...the BoD will have a LOT more shares for LESS money than I do if they comply with the letter.

Today, I am showing more confidence in PTSC than our BoD...isn't there something wrong with this picture? I do not believe that the BoD buying shares will make the PPS take off, or that the street will immediately take notice. What i do believe is that the BoD will be much more incentivised to perform when they have some skin in the game. Human nature.
