First of all no one from the company will say anything about the SC ruling until their legal team has reviewed it and given them advice on how to respond. The lawyers will also review all the major contracts and check if any cases fall into this ruling.

If TPL didn't cover their asses then PTSC being a passive partner might have recourse to sue TPL for failure to adequately represent PTSC interest.
