The NDA probably helped get more licensees until other companies figured out that TPL/PTSC caved in the end. Perhaps that was TPL's strategy to gain additional funds during the expected no license period. We havn't seen any new licenses in a while. TPL may have known no more licenses would come until the PTO ruling. Someone said PTSC started the original lawsuit with the J's and TPL took over. Perhaps this lawsuit was premature and should have waited for the PTO decision. I'm not trying to argue with you but this would be my interperatation and my answer to your question.
