Actually, RG's statement here appears to be in error, IMO.
"Since my last shareholder letter, they’ve announced two new licensees; Research In Motion (RIM), the provider of BlackBerry® handheld devices, and Onkyo, a Japanese manufacturer of high-end audio gear."
RIM has NOT been reported as a licensee. They only "agreed to terms for a license". Not the same thing. Not until they sign on the dotted line and make payment. What could they possibly be waiting for?
