IMO Judge Ward holds the MOU that will require the J's to pay more money for the license when/if the USPTO revalidates the patents. Until then the J's are granted a license to continue selling goods that utilize the MMP patents. If the patents are not re-validated then the J's and all remaining companies will not need to pay for a license period. Come on USPTO!
