$25M from Matsushita, Panasonic, JVC, Toshiba & NEC EA... in total.. I personally do not consider a win.. not for our side. Not when the vast majority were touting much, much more (yourself expected $250M or so I believe)

1/10th of expected... a win? Look at those names.. add up their revenues.

Now there may be something to the MOU (besides additional $$) that does benefit PTSC/TPL... I sure as heck hope so...
