Fully explain how that would work, as this is the big flaw in your reasoning, IMO. How does Swartz benefit? How does the management/BoD of PTSC benefit? What is their incentive to give up the gravy train overwhich they currently have some level of control?

Nobody has been able to explain these things with anything but ambiguity. I keep asking. No real answers. A huge flaw in the proposition, IMO. If such a thing were to come about, most of our BoD would be shown the door, IMO.
