While I appreciate the posting of this info, please keep in mind it all has to do with the '584 - and not the '148 or '336 (though this info does point to the competence of TPL, affecting the '148 and '336).

Since I'm obviously focused on the latter two patents, I don't want to see people getting confused and trying to directly apply, necessarily, one thing to another. Different animals, and the '584 has virtually nothing to do with the Js (at this point) or the delusional contingency theory.
