You may be right on the dollar figures being negotiated after the USPTO validation. I was thinking they may have hashed out what will be paid already if the USPTO validates the patents. My thoughts that the insiders could trade now is based on the fact that the USPTO validation is not certain at this time. Would Judge Ward need to be holding the settlement terms as far as payout is concerned?
