Try #3 at completing this. Sorry, probably typos on the last as I didn't get to check.
What we do know is that there is millions in the coffers and right now is the time to put them to work. Our leadership needs to get busy and work just like Steve Jobs goes to work and stop screwing around and get something going. I don't mind paying RG a boatload of money, but start doing something to earn our trust and respect. The problem with our company is that they are doing nothing, ie none, zero, deliverable product, new IP, significant investment, nothing but the same old promises that an acquisition should not will occur by years end. If the company goes into debt, so be it, if they are developing a product or company to reach a significant growth potential.
In my estimation the company needs to address the concerns Fatwollit has brought up in a previous message, right now. The greater the disclosure the better. Rick needs to be more positive and upbeat in his message and like Jim Turley, come out and state that the SP is rediculously low and we plan on buying back millions at bargain basement prices (this will also greatly assist the company in a hostile takeover bid from TPL). The board needs to think of steps they can take to positively change the perception of shareholders on the positive things happening and to get involved politically to get the USPTO moving on the MMP. Forget about the new patent law and focus on our problem specifically. The time to act is NOW, not tomorrow. There is too much at stake for a lazy ass approach. Get working PTSC if you remember how.
Thanks for following me down the road. I believe that my solutions are viable.
