I agree with you that the cup is half full..the current litigation could have something to do with the perceived stoppage..If I saw what the perceived "Settlement numbers" were I would sign..as everyone else seem to think they are going on the cheap..I don't believe that they are going on the cheap..and I think that people may be on to something about the ongoing payments..the Jan statement thing and the potential that the other licenses we not "counted" in the quarter, etc..nor am I convienced that we have seen the last of that whole "business resolution" thing..very many unknowns that may be of great benefit as opposed to the opposite..so I for one am looking at the cup as half full. I also believe that it is possible to not provide full disclosure of those unknowns and still be compliant with the SEC and the NDA etc.

I have a small amount of money that will clear TD Ameritrade next week..I will be buying if the shareprice stays at these levels!!
