The J3 had a business arrangement, they did not officially acquire a license.

He cannot state the details of the various licenses or "business arrangements".

My opinion of the "business arrangement", since I saw it in Dec., is that it is entirely based off the results of the patent re-exams.

There is not a financial transaction if it is based off a future result, therefore how or why would it be reflected in the current Q.

I believe he gave quite a few hints within this letter, without violating the NDA.
