How did the Trust know to buy 100,000 shares of PTSC it had to come from Mr. Goerner, No!!

 

NO!!!! (smiley)

 

The management of the Trust is totally separate from the trustees, please read the link I previously provided.

On the basis of Goerner's employment with PTSC, the Trustees simply invested in that Company, in my very humble opinion.
