I THINK I agree with you on that, BUT, the e-mail alert sent out by PTSC Investor Relations is a bit troubling as it states:

 

"CEO Rick Goerner Buys 100,000 Patriot Scientific Shares"

I would hope that there is some kind of loophole that allows

(milestone) Goerner did NOT buy any shares!
