The USPTO went through some revamp of rules , last fall I think, They are trying to aviod a Judge & the USPTO disagreeing (which makes me think it has/does happen)... the reviewer will us the Judges Markmen ruling as reference for his descion... so unless the Judge misses the boat The review should go smooth.... Just a non expert opion.. as far the 584 then I am hoping you are correct
we need some news....
how about earnings...then USPTO ruling on 336...
