How much digging would be required to uncover the USPTO activities?

IMO not that much, and  the investors looking to drop a big wad here would turn over more stones than just what the take was for one Q.  And those that do/would invest just on the Q #s alone, will eventually be enlightened of the Reexam process.. I would think.  Some would stay, some would bail..

And how relevant is it, really, in the scheme of things?  Is not such activity commonplace? 

IMO it is very relevant... anything that has the capability of invalidating basically your only revenue producing technology (or 1/2 of it or 1/3 of it) is quite relevant.  How do you think the recent companies, and their investors, that have had their patents rejected thru this process feel about it?

  IMO, the only thing that could come about from the USPTO activities, PPS wise, is a drop in PPS if there were an adverse ruling.  A limited drop, IMO, because there is an appeals process which, until finalized, still leaves the validity issue in question, and sidelined

A limited drop such as was witnessed with Tessera?  ...and that wasn't even a 'Final Rejection'... or an upheld rejection post Appeal. 

Certainly IF the '336 or '148 was rejected, we would enter the appeal process.. and what affect that would have on our sp.. I would rather not have to find out..  As you do, I fully expect us to exit this Reexam process vindicated and completely validated...  but until then it is my belief that there remains uncertainty..  If we continue to follow Q after Q with $50M - 100M revs, that uncertainty I guess would be lowered.. but it would still hang over us to some degree.. to what degree is obviously debatable

Where is the uncertainty after successful Reexams??   In the infringers who need to be taken to court to decided how much they will pay??  IMO (fwiw) at that point in time there will no longer be any uncertainty.. 

April, with the good numbers expected (hopefully great #s) I expect a nice move forward wrt sp (dramatic would be nicer)... and an established higher highs & higher lows.. but I also see another big step (or steps) as we repunch validation of these patents with successful USPTO results..  Those are the Headlines which IMO will reverberated thru-out the tech/investment world...  Where then will the uncertainty lie?  Everyone will be able to confidently invest in this company and solely watch in anticipation for those Q #s to be released. 

Not trying limit the importance of the April Q #s... They will speak volumes..  but I also believe the Reexams will too when they have been finalized..
