The one that really irked me was the "note" to shareholders of 12/18/07 - regarding TX and the CC.  I sat for literally hours anxiously awaiting the expected PR, only to find that such PR was not forthcoming.  That really fouled up my plan to take a little off the table that day, and cost me thousands (that is this, plus my friends at ETrade delaying action even further).  That info was critical, and diseminating it in that fashion.....though I do understand that they may have been between a rock and a hard place as far as saying anything (kinda hard to put out a PR saying you're not going to put out a PR!  LOL).
