TPL doesnt care about the SH of PTSC. PTSC would be willing to take a temporary hit on the SH if it means more revenue or better license signings in the future...

The reason for the blackout period is to put pressure on new companies signing the MMP....since they dont know what other companies paid.... TPL/PTSC are in a position of strength when negoiating the price.....
