That's part of dealing with an NDA. They would be hard pressed to purchase on the open market knowing full well they had serious upside information in their pocket. Not to mention if the J3 included that as part of the settlement. If PTSC is out there buying huge lots what does that tell the rest of the world? Oh Yeah, we kicked the J's azzesssssss!
