Pohl resigned and used a common refrain, " to spend more time on personal and family matters."That could very well be all there is to it. However, if he was resigning solely for outside personal reasons and was not acquiescing to internal pressure from within the company.....then I suggest he is very confident with what is transpiring and what events might be in the pipeline. If my memory is correct, his wife holds a substantial amount of shares in her name....I believe he also purchased on the open market and he has multiple options. He would not leave his investment if he did not figure it was secure in present hands and the future looked solid.
