Yes still holding all of my shares.. Certainly did not anticipate SP erosion to this extent w/ settlement & NDA. WRT S.1145 I have hope that the Senate will come to the realization that this Bill as written (IMO) is more of a detriment than a positive move forward... but most probably already know that. Ease's prev post covers the jist fairly well, and I pretty much agree with his take.. with the exception of the degree this Bill if passed may have on the MMP & future license dollar amounts. IMO those amounts are directly related to the dollar amounts that could be realized in a court of law.. or MSJ.. or the percieved threat there of.
