1. Would you be so vigilant against the patent reform bill if you were not invested in PTSC? Do you have the same feelings about malpractice/insurance issues?

Malpractice insurance and Intellectual Property being stolen are two completely different issues.. and I'll debate you on that until the cows keel over.. 

TPL has a lot of nerve asking us to help them,

EVERYONE has to put their input in on  this one!  It can be argued this IS the REASON we are floundering @ .40 +/- 

Do you think TPL alone can influence the Senate.. even tho they are trying???   TPL is not the entity trying to undercut the United States Patent System and at the same time American innovation. 

I actually am not oposed to patent reform in some progresive aspect.. but patent reform which removes any deterrent/consequences from infringing is absurd.
