I believe ptsc had to play the Ip card that was were the most money was to be made.
Do you feel fogels ruling really came down to A/C by both legal teams. I could see some first time attorney making that mistake but two sizeable law firms in two different parts of the country. I don`t get it. It was expressed some time back that this could be the outcome if the judge felt that A/C was violated.
There are alot of pissed off people around the country today because of this ruling . this is a district court ruling they can appeal to a higher court or do they still stay in a district court. do we still have to deal with judge Intel oh I ment Fogel.
Hard not to be negative right now.A real dose of full disclosure from PTSC and AMD would go alone way to prop up this stock.
why didn`t judge lyold see it the same way fogel did?
