From Dutton: It is interesting to note that approximately one year ago Patriot Scientific's common stock was selling at $0.55 and as of January 19,2007, the date of the SEC Form 10Q for the quarter ended November 30, 2006, the number of outstanding shares was 381,214,818. Inthe just released SEC Form 10Q for the quarter ended November 30, 2007, the number of outstanding shares was 391,472,101,approximately 10.2 million more today than a year ago  
How can there be more outstanding shares when we are buying back shares?
