No offense taken... the majority of the people I have in this stock have been in it for quite a while.. none have just recently bought in.. some took profits on the run over $2.. I last suggested for them to buy on the last dip at around .40.. some took some profits again on the Stay 'runup'..  they are holding the majority of their shares in anticipation of the legit sustained share appreciation...  it has just taken a helluva alot longer than anyone anticipated... but they're all big boys & girls and make their own decisions as to stay or not... as of now all are still 'in it' cuz outside of silence, nothing fudamentally has changed.. the MMP is still being infringed, licenses will still get signed and energies are being expended to maintain if not increase the strength of the patents.

Outside of not knowing settlement totals, I wish we new Swartz' current holdings...
