With all due respect to Hawk's rep and posters who posted his email response - reread his response.  He basically said he did not KNOW.  And I wouldn't take his failure to provide a further response as meaning anything.  Heck, he probably lost track of the email and/or may not have even inquired.  What's bothersome is that you'd think this guy would KNOW definitively. 

I again point you to JT's note about the settlement.  He was very detailed as to who cannot trade the stock until after the April reporting, and he did not mention PTSC as an entity.
