From Sep 17, 2007 shareholder communication on the front page:

Dear PTSC Corp Shareholder:

Shares repurchased: Over the course of FY 2007, we've spent over $8.8M repurchasing shares of the Company. To date we've acquired more than 18 million of our own shares under a program that began in July 2006 ... We've suspended share repurchases for a while because I no longer believe this is the best use of the company's cash at this time."

So unless this stockholder communcation has been superseded, the repurchasing of PTSC shares has been discontinued for now.
