"in just the past month"

Your post is interesting to me as it recalls to mind Deb's post the other day about the "forest for the trees" idea. So does the quote of past month mean the past month of December? Or does it mean the last 30 or 31 days? ( I understand that this is going to be a leap year so Feb. has 29 days.) Early this week I was thinking it would be nice if we got another signing today or Monday, but honestly not expecting it. It just is curious to me that they don't just come out and say X number of signings in the last Y days. The only thing I can say about the mystery of number of signings and names of those that signed is that if we don't really know neither do those that are going to have to sign a licsense. Perhaps that is TPL's  the strategy for getting the best price?  Also, who can be a doubter when (as you stated), "The MMP Portfolio Licensing Program continues its rapid growth"
