I hesitate to post here being ignorant of the details of this company, or at least to the extent of some of you bright folks.

 However, having been on board with the stock for well over a year, let me say that your last paragraph most certainly is a correct one...

It is highly unlikely that all of this was for naught...they are following the letter of the decision in not telling any details, just as any of the participants in a lawsuit in which the details are sealed. No skullduggery here in my opinion. All negative speculation, in my opinion, is unproductive and runs counter-intuitive to the facts as we know they MUST be...
