I agree a license by any other name is still a license LOL. It is absolutely ok,encouraged and practiced by me to think outside of what is routine and normal (refuse to say think outside of the box...oops I said it). The only certainty is that we know nothing about the terms of the settlement .....we only know there was a business resolution that everyone is happy with.

By the way, I do have a secret clearance.....darn.....guess I needed top secret to find out their game plan LOL.
