Very good, seems I remember Alliances having a division thay works like this.

Something I'm still blurry on is PhynixDigital's roll in all this... we have a 'unified' effort thu aliances to. IMHO PD would be the one we'd strike a development deal with, if we did ever do so, yet aliance has chip-efforts ongoing to on the TPL side.
