Innovative Card Technologies, Inc. and itGÇÖs wholly owned subsidiaries, PSA Co., LensCard US LLC, and LensCard International (together InCard), are engaged in the development and marketing of secure powered cards for payment, identification, physical and logical access applications. The CompanyGÇÖs main product, the ICT DisplayCard, integrates the security of a one-time password token directly into a card the size of a standard credit or debit card. A token is a portable physical device, typically in a key-fob form factor, that generates the one-time password (also referred to as a one-time passcode). At the push of a button on the back of the ICT DisplayCard, a one-time passcode (OTP) is shown on the cardGÇÖs integrated display. During a transaction, this number is entered into a user interface with other information (such as the userGÇÖs static personal identification number (PIN) and login name). This information is relayed to a backend system for multi-factor authentication.
