oscar....there is no way PTSC is going to do battle with the TPL Group. And battle over the fact that when PTSC signed the patent merger agreement....PTSC knew what they were signing and PTSC agreed to the PR muzzle.

TPL is private and has already battled PTSC in court.  We are living with the results of the agreement that PTSC and TPL struck.  This is my opinion but this is how I see the way things have played out and I am probably wrong....but.....as soon as we went thru the Higgins fiasco and we were basically forced to align ourselves with TPL.....PTSC cut expenses and they terminated the employment of all people other than the BOD.  Why?  IMO it is because this bunch (BOD) thought they could just sit back, do nothing, let TPL litigate, receive their 50% of the license fees and wall street would jump up and down because they were a cash cow.  the BOD was content to sign control of the MMP over to TPL so they could collect the hefty montly salaries for a job that they do not even have to show up at the office......remember oscar......JT moved to San Diego......but where do the others live......not within a normal business days drive like the rest of us common working folk.

I think PTSC got what they wanted.....problem is the investment world was not very happy when the Sony deal was struck to the benefit of TPL and then the BOD in their infinite wisdom dumped the treasury to S&L in a series of dividends (sorry to rehash this)......we have been trending down on news ever since......i think we are getting a big no confidence in PTSC from the investment community and this is why JT needed to be up front and center promoting our company.....the fact that he did not sends the message that PTSC is not in control of their own destiny, has done nothing really to date to turn the ship around and begin generating revenue on its own merits.

i wish us all good luck.  teremoto
