I agree. As a matter of fact, Isaid the same thing on tuesday. TPL celebrated and started vacation. So would I. Facing the idea of working thru the holidays because trial was on the other side was supposed to work in our favor in forcing a settlement. It sure did but it also helped kill any positive share price appreciation as most realize we are in a vacuum until possibly the new year.
