Yes, that would be my guess. Most likely speculators who didn't want to be on the sidelines over the weekend in case news is announced before the opening bell on Monday morning. My guess is that we get news of a settlement on Tuesday or Wednesday. Your #'s/prediction of the settlement would be my guesstimate as well.
