There are two ways I KNOW of to check this out - if you have the needed resources/access (PACER) and time.

Go back and look at how things transpired when Sony settled, and when Fujitsu settled (and, for that matter, NEC's partial settlement).  Each had a PR and a PACER.  Which came first?

Now, just because I suggested this as a possible "answer" - just watch....  Either you won't be able to tell because the PR and PACER hit on the same day (check exact time of day if possible on the PACER), OR one of 'em will have had the PR first then the PACER, and the other vice versa!  Thus, we'll be just as ignorant as we are now.

But hopefully such research will be revealing.  Those that can and have time, please do!
