It was electronically released on PACER. Would the lawyers  electronically release it on PACER? Yes though it may go thru the clerk, not sure of the mechanics of Pacer filings

 And how does that fit with what deb found that electronically released documents are as if signed by the judge? As others have stated, this refers to an "electronic" signature by the Judge having the same weight as him signing a paper copy.
