OK, now I don't happen to agree on when the Motion regardig the Stay was actually Granted.. IMO the addedum/attachment to the litigants Motion requesting J Ward for the Stay is not a Signed and Granted filing...  The litigants provide the form as the attachment for J Wrad to sign and Grant when and if he decides to Grant... certainly not just when the litigants ask for it... He may have taken a week to decide.. and IMO the Stay would not start until he actually signs it.. which he actually did, according to that filing, on Nov 1st.

Now I do not have access to Pacer at this very moment.. perhaps J Ward signed on the 30th and that filing was made on the 1st.. but the attachment and the date when the request was made IMO is not the start date for the Stay.. The Stay Granting by J Ward was dated Nov 1st.. this I know
