I didn't even want to put the true subject up there! It's about RSs (crap, I can't even spell it out! LOL).

You have made some valid arguments on the possible virtues of a RS. You ended your discussion by saying "it's all about leverage". Fair enough.... And if you ignore the market, that is correct.

My contrary view, shared by many/most it appears, is that you miss one point: It's all about perceptions (perceived risk).

If PTSC put out a PR about a RS, few prospective investors would read beyond those two magic words. Existing investors who have had bad experiences in the past, or even heard of them, would run for the hills (I personally would sell all my holdings immediately, with an eye toward buying back after the dust settled - but my contribution to the damage would already be done). These sells would spark mass exit, IMO.

So, for you consideration, it's all about PERCEPTIONS (perceived risk). And, BTW, such discussion alone may affect perceptions.

But I appreciate your decision to hold off on further discussion till a later date. I just wanted to offer something more to consider....
