did institute the share buyback program, layed the ground work for the removal of all warrants, ridded us of all debentures, landed us as partners with TPL unifying the patent ownership, made himself readily available to our shareholder Rep on the Advisory Board...

Was it all roses, obviously not.. but Mr Pohl found himself having to deal with some fairly tough issues. I for one have a lot of respect for Mr Pohl.. even tho I do or did not agree with all his decisions, he put us on the right path IMO... Now the time has come for the next chapter in PTSC's history, and it is time for Mr Turley to lead us further along that path.. to ungodly riches...
