My question/thought/pondering is......With this news they must be working on a two prong attack. One on ne liscenses and the other on a possible settlement.

If that is the case then Alliacense must solely working on the new sign ups.  While Turley/PTSC is solely handling the settlement. It would explain why there was no comment from Turley.

Heck, Turley may not even know about this new sign up if that is the case.
