and I have got a small position here now and have been following a bit of the discussion here.
For those that have been here awhile, I have one question:
The companies that got the "discounted" prices for the settlements, as I understand it, got the licenses paid for as a one-time license fee, is that correct?
(As I said, I haven't followed too much, but I believe this is what has been stated.)
If so,
Is it possible that the companies that have not settled at this point will be offered only one option.... they will have to pay for 'ongoing' licensing... (i.e. per unit manufactured AND to be manufactured in the future) and this will mean the future revenue stream that investors are looking for?
If a court ruling in PTSC's favor 'becomes law' then why would PTSC want to offer anything less for the initial offer for licenses?
